pslasherMy thoughts today are this: When will mankind stop actively trying to hurt each other? I'm not just talking about 9/11, because the US is not the only country that has endured terrorism. Or even worse things, like genocide. And I'm not just talking about the big things, because 'small', individual acts can be just as devastating to a life. When will we stop being selfish and greedy and destructive and downright evil? When will we learn to value ALL life? When will we stop putting ourselves before others? We all have to live on this Earth together, and as many ways as we are different, we are also the same. We are all human beings, all brothers and sisters. Let's act like it.
The thing to remember today is that as much evil as there is in the world, there is also good. Good people that do for others as they would have done unto them. Who try to make the way easier for others. Let's be that person, and as Gandhi said, Be The Change.
